Fran\u00e7ois has been a chartered appraiser with the Ordre des \u00e9valuateurs agr\u00e9\u00e9s du Qu\u00e9bec since 1993. He began his training in 1981 with Groupe Leroux in Montreal, before joining Picard Crevier Guertin & Associ\u00e9s Inc. in 1994, which later became PCG Carmon, where he was a partner and president until March 2018. In April 2018, he joined forces to create Caprea. As a senior appraiser, Fran\u00e7ois mainly carries out real estate appraisal mandates for expropriation, easement negotiation, financing and various litigation purposes. Wenjun He (Sophia) joined the Caprea team in 2019 as a real estate appraisal analyst and obtained her certified appraiser designation in 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Law, and Management from Universit\u00e9 Toulouse I Capitole. Sophia possesses in-depth skills in economic and real estate data analysis.
