New partner at Caprea
As of June 1, the team has initiated a change in the responsibilities of Caprea's management. We are proud to announce the integration of Charles-Olivier Haguette in the company's shareholding as well as in the management team.
We are privileged to be able to count on Charles-Olivier since the beginning of the company. His qualities as an evaluator and his inter-relational skills now allow him to take on these new responsibilities. His integration was seen as an important factor in our growth and his distinct skills will complement and harmonize with the management team in place.

Passionate about real estate valuation, Charles-Olivier joined the firm in 2018 when he was completing a Bachelor's degree in business administration, urban and real estate management profile. He also holds a minor in management. Charles-Olivier obtained his Chartered Appraiser designation in November 2020 following several years of work in the appraisal field. He has become a true backbone of the Home Assessment Department through his interpersonal skills and dedication. He also acts as a representative of the company in terms of business development during events.
