Condominiums

The Law 141 requires condominium syndicates to have adequate insurance coverage corresponding to the reconstruction value of the buildings, by having a periodic cost appraisal carried out every 5 years. This legislative framework aims to protect co-owners by ensuring appropriate compensation in the event of a claim.
